Apartment 101 is located on the 1st floor and consists of one bedroom with a double French bed, plus a children’s area with 2 single beds and a large kitchen-sitting area with  2 sofas, coffee table and 32" TV and a bathroom. There is a front-view balcony with a table and chairs.

The apartment has two air conditioners, TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, safe, large oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle with all the necessary kitchenware and mosquito nets on each window. The approximate size of the apartment is 50 sq. meters.
