Eleonas Apartments for rent in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki

Eleonas apartments are located in one of the highest areas of Nea Moudania only 100 meters away from a wide sandy beach. We offer 10 apartments in the building which are located on the ground, 1st and 2nd floor.

We offer two types of apartments:

The A category apartments ( apartments 102, 103, 202, 203, 204, and green room ) consist of a bedroom with a double French bed (except 102 where there are 2 single beds together), and a living room-kitchen with 1 sofa plus 1 sliding sofa-bed for 2 persons or 2 separate sofas. Each apartment is about 40-45 sq. meters. You will be able to spend a pleasant time on the balcony of about 10 to 12 sq. meters and enjoy the nice view of the city and the sea or the olive field and the hills around the area. A balcony table and chairs are also included for your own comfort. There are 2 air conditioners and 2 TVs in each apartment, 32" in the living room and 21" in the bedroom.

The B category apartments ( apartments 1, 2, 101, 104 ) consist of a bedroom with 2 single beds together (except 104 which is double French bed), and a living room-kitchen with 1 sofa plus 1 sliding sofa-bed for 2 persons. Each apartment is about 40 sq. meters. You will be able to spend a pleasant time on the balcony of 10 sq. meters and enjoy the nice view of the city and the sea. A balcony table and chairs are also included for your own comfort. There is 1 air conditioner and one 32" TV in the living room.

All apartments include a hairdryer, an iron, a safe, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and all the necessary kitchenware. Mosquito nets are placed on each balcony door!

There is also a washing machine, a clothes dry hanger, an iron and an ironing board in the storage room of the building for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi is available in all the apartments.There is a barbeque area for communal use and a children's playground (trampoline, swings for babies and children, see-saws etc.) in the backside of the property for our guests.

The building is located in a quite area of Nea Moudania near the beach, but close to the town of Nea Moudania which allows you to use all the infrastructure of the town. Chains of supermarkets, taverns, beach bars are about 150 meters from the apartments. Close by the building there is a bus stop, a sea museum, a tennis court and a nice children's playground by the seaside which is open throughout the year. Bed linen, towels and refreshing service takes place every 5 days.

We also provide baby cots for our young guests at no extra cost.

All kitchens in Eleonas apartments A and B category in Nea Moudania have the same equipment to make your holidays comfortable and pleasant: large refrigirator, oven, microwave oven, electrical kettle, toaster and all the nessecary dishes (frying pans, pots, plates, cups, forks, knifes etc).

All bathrooms in Eleonas apartments A and B category are equipped the same and consist of a shower with a curtain, electric heater (for winter period) and a hairdryer. We provide for each guest one large and one small towel, which are changed every 5 days. There is soap, toilet paper and dish washer liquid upon arrival of all guests.
