Excellent, we recommend it ! We've spent an excellent time at Dionisos Apartments. Staff was extremely kind, landscape is great. It is quiet and very close to the beach. We are already the sixth year vacationing in Dionisiou, forth year in Dionisos Apartments. We are very pleased with the accommodation and the location. The beach is beautiful, the sea is still warm, place is quiet just for a nice vacation. The owner and staff will always do their best to help you stay even more pleasant. “A pleasant surprise”

It was only a coincidence that we decided to move further down the coast from Flogita where we usually stay in June or September and spend a few days in September in Paralia Dionisiou, a small place near Nea Moudania. We were pleasantly surprised first by the efficient and prompt answer to our e-mail request from the travel agency Dionisos Apartments, but even more so with their friendly and warm welcome when we arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm. Alexandra, a young person who speaks fluent English and Serbian welcomed us and helped us with everything. The biggest surprise was when we entered the apartment that we had booked only a few days before. The bedroom was large and comfortable with a lot of wardrobe space and the kitchen was fully equipped with all amenities: an electric cooker with an oven, a water boiler, a microwave oven, a brand new fridge and a lot of dishes and plates, which is not usually the case when you rent a holiday apartment in Greece. The bathroom was spacy and contained all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The balcony deserves special compliments. It was nice and big with a table and four chairs in addition to the table and four chairs in the kitchen. We were surprised because we usually have a problem with lack of chairs. You won't believe this, but even the mop and broom on the balcony had hooks to be held in place when not used. I am a very tidy person and I love order and neatness, so it was really very important for me to have everything in its appropriate place. This apartment suited all my needs and I am definitely going to go back next year. Alexandra from the agency was so nice to help me understand about all the rooms and apartments on offer and I was informed that they have basic and nice apartments, but also posh and luxurious ones as well as those on the front line facing the sea. I will certainly recommend both the place and Dionisos Apartments to all my friends and relatives. -Chadlovska, Skopje

 

“The most beautifull vacation”

Our family of four members from Belgrade, parents with two children, one of them is a teenager, stayed in this apartments for summer vacation and we are very satisfied, I think more than we expected. It has been pleasure to meet owners and really nice Alexandra who cares about everything that you need. We had very decent apartment with all that we need in rooms, kitchen and bathroom as well as on terraces (for example wi-fi). In the yard shower, at ground floor lots of fun for kids, pleasant environment, close to Lidl and other super markets, market place in the center, friendly hosts with lot of ideas for food menu which guest can order the day before if they are interested. Many sugestions about sightseeing places around, many possibilities for rest, for eating, for take a walk and above all CLEAR AND WARM SEA! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Emilija from Serbia

 

“Nice accommodation, we`d like to return there”

This year (08.2013) we`ve stayed at the apartments Dionisos Apartments (located not far from the city Nea Mudania). The apartment is in a good location, not very far from the center of the city but at the same time in a calm place, rather close to the beach (about 3 minutes). 
Both rooms were clean, very comfortable with new furniture and with a large balcony. Every evening we enjoyed beautiful view of the city. There were all promised facilities: air conditioning, hair-dryer, Wi-Fi, microvawe and even small oven (we prefer to cook everything in foil), large refrigerator. Supermarket is situated about 5 minutes from the apartments. Every Wednesdays there was a big market with fresh fish, vegetables and other foodstaff and cloth in the centre place. We`d like to thank our receiving party. Very friendly and helpful. They asked all our questions and helped in needed cases. By the way it was a perfect idea to offer to the clients some dishes of Greek cuisine. We could order them every Monday, Wednesdays and Friday (different and tasty and not expensive). 
These apartments have everything what is necessary for a long stay. We are going to stay at the same place next year and will recommend it to our friends. -Natalia, Moscow

The very nice Appartment we had was only 100 Meters away from the Beach .It was perfect. We could buy what we needed , everything was around us.
We had a View to the Sea from the Bed and Kitchen, see the Pictures.
The Manager helpt us always. As we needed a Taxi from Airport, a car to rent, the Travel Hours from Bus to next Town or a Coffeemaker. Our Apartment was at the last Street of Dionisiou Beach and it was very quiet. The Beach and the Water was very very clean, and everybody can decide if he/she stay alone or use the Beachchairs and Umbrelas for one drink the whole Day. Dionisou Beach is a very nice Place, only 30 minutes from Thessaloniki so we could make Sightsing at the morning and swim at noon.  -Couple from Germany
